I had thought that "theory" would be really difficult to think up an illustration for, then this morning I was reading "Vogue", and came across mention of a shop called Theory, a remarkable coincidence! That led then to thinking about shopping, and how overwhelming all those rows of "how to" books can be..

I love your sleeping beauty paintings....I can tell you are enjoying doing them!
Fairy tales are always such great inspiration for getting the paints out. Anytime I've had a go at Grimm or Hans Christian stuff, it always comes out really dark and scary....raaaaarrrgh!
